Reliable and wonderful hotel with efficient staff and outstanding customer service

Enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Provo. The venue's location is unbeatable, close to shopping mall and dining options

The staff was extremely helpful and very attentive. The double room I stayed in was top-class with extra amenities. The service was excellent, making the hotel a first-rate and reliable place. The location was easy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from East Bay Golf Course.

Had a very good stay for a quick business trip. Family-friendly hotel with professional staff and beautiful views of the mountains. Well decorated and pet-friendly rooms with nice interior. Comfortable bed, a seating area, iron and ironing board, and a work desk in the room. Absolutely perfect easy location, so close to a beautiful mountain. Close enough to restaurants, shopping, and downtown areas.

The location was marvelous and easy, just a short walk away from a shopping mall. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles. I had a quiet and perfect room with a bathroom, extra amenities, plus a king-size bed. The food for breakfast was different!

I recently stayed at a hotel in Provo and had a great experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the pool and hot tub area was a big hit. The breakfast bar was delicious and the staff kept it fully stocked. The hotel even allowed me to bring my dogs at no extra charge. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The Hampton Inn Provo offered high-quality service with friendly staff. Our stay was great, and we thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable bed. The hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance to Chuck-a-Rama, where we had a delicious lunch. We would definitely return anytime.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast had a lot of variety. We especially liked having the carts available to carry our luggage. The service was excellent.

While the room was nice, it wasn't as nice as the Hampton Inn we stayed at in Chino Hills CA.

We use to own a hotel and I think the money you ask for...little extra efforts in cleanliness would be nice. My feet and socks shouldn't turn black from walking barefoot in my room. Shampooing is needed on those carpets! Beds need updating....quite uncomfortable.

Perfect rooms. New building and rooms with a very comfortable bed. Nice decor. Great location for visiting cafés and restaurants. Efficient check-in, generally excellent service. Everything well-maintained

The hotel is family friendly and committed to quality service. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were clean and well-designed. The pool was a great experience and our son enjoyed it after weeks of trekking in national parks.

Everything is what I need and want.

we had one night stay and it was perfect for us. Pool was great for the kids and breakfast was great.
